Lyndon Thorp (Japan): Emphasizes helping individuals reach their true potential, criticizes the Japanese education system’s lack of originality and gender discrimination, and is writing a book (“The Millionaire Midwife”) to empower financially dependent women as entrepreneurs.
Professor Namita Rajput (India): Works for women and children’s causes through NGOs, focusing on digital, financial, and emotional empowerment, aligns with Sustainable Development Goals, and has authored numerous books and research papers on gender equity and social justice. She believes in uplifting others and creating spaces of belonging.
Dr. Angela Cleo Smith (USA): Stresses resilience, equity, and empowerment for women, shares her experiences overcoming career setbacks, advocates for fairness in the workplace, and led a impactful women’s mentorship program. She is also writing a book on DEI.
Teresa (Film/TV Producer): Focuses on diversity and inclusion in media by breaking stereotypes for women, Native Americans, and Veterans, emphasizing that inclusion should be all-encompassing, including age.
